At times removing damaged skin causes deeply buried scar tissue to become more visible. It is this buried skin damage that is often covered over with normal skin. As such deep damage becomes visible, is is important to focus on the use of SRCPs (to trigger faster production of healhty skin cells) and hydroxy acids (to break down and remove damaged tissue).
This is the only true method to remodel or renew the skin. It is not a cosmetic cover up or "quick fix". It takes time and patience. However it does repair the damage from the inside out, in time revealing younger, healthier, tighter skin.
